She did NOT do it. I am praying for Amanda. I know the conviction was way off base.
They had the evidence they didn't scrutinize until later, but they got called out. Questions, then affirmative answers of corruption.. actual proven teaming up against Amanda..The perp, who's dna was found inside the victim and the prosecutor.. The fact he pleaded for an appeal and got 16 years shaved off his sentence. Amanda still held her life sentence with 6 months of it in solitary after her appeal.
I worry about corruption. Corruption has been winning too much in this world lately. Have we let God down, only for him to drop tears and becoming weakened with grief over the evil that his people are giving in to?
I fear that she'll be a casualty of corruption. They have to release her, as there's an all or nothing response. She's got life handed to her in this case. Will they acquit her? A few years shaved off a life sentence is still not justice served, unless it's 60 or 70 years off, letting her 4 years be served, and a release. Or the total acquittal. If she spends any more time, she's already spent 4 years too many incarcerated.
The corruption may stand... Or justice may be fairly served. If she's released with no more time left to serve, then we can thank the angels above for keeping justice in the forefront of results.
Please over ride corruption and set her free. I fear corruption's strength, but it can't last forever. Let it stop now.
